Protein Ice Cream Bread

A friend posted a food hack video on Facebook. It said you could make ice cream bread–which makes sense when you think about it. But, I wondered, can you make it using protein ice cream and lower carb flour? I tried. You can! Here’s how.

Ice Cream Bread Ingredients

  • 1 pint melted Arctic Zero (I’ve used the original and the crunchier flavors. Both work).
  • 1 Cup Kodiak Cakes Mix (I prefer the buttermilk & honey flavor)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • enough water to give it a dough consistency


  1. Mix it all together.
  2. Pour the batter into a sprayed baking pan
  3. Bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test
  4. Serve and eat!

You can store it for about a week in the refrigerator.
