I love strong, dark coffee. Plain. Simple. Sometimes, thought, you need to spice things up, or in this case, sweeten things up! This diet-friendly take on a frappe hits the spot, especially as the days get warmer.
16 oz Iced or cold brew coffee (You can buy this, or make it using a cold brew pitcher or simply chill regularly made coffee)
1/4 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I used Quest Vanilla)
Magic Bullet or blender (I used the 22oz tall cup for the Magic Bullet)
Throw it all in the tall cup or blender.
Yeah, really it’s that simple.
Oh, don’t forget to drink it.
Depending on your mood and taste buds, you may want it a little sweeter. You can put a drop or two of Vanilla Cream Stevia on top and stir.
