Recipe of the Month: Pumpkin Protein Bread

Pumpkin Protein Bread

I admit, my pumpkin protein waffles failed…but the pumpkin protein bread came out perfect!! Join me in celebrating Fall and all things pumpkin. Here’s how to make this deliciousness. 

  • 2 cups pureed pumpkin
  • 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2/3 cup Almond Cashew Milk Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp maple extract
  • 1 tsp monk fruit (garnish)
  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk and Honey
  • 2-3 tbl egg whites
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour into bread pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 45minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
  6. Top with a sprinkling of monk fruit granulated.
  7. Dive in!!
