This is one of my favorite things to whip up after a workout or just on a hot day. I know we’re nearing fall, but it’s not quite time for PSL fever! Enjoy the last few days of summer with two versions of this treat!
Basically, you can make this with or without a scoop of vanilla protein powder. I use Quest brand because, being a blend, it’s a bit thicker and tastier.
Depending on the size of your blender/blender cup, you may need to adjust the above. Basically you want enough passion tea to pack a punch. You can play with the amount of milk. If not using protein powder, you may want to add some Monkfruit or some other sweetener to taste.
